RELEASES SPRING 2007...............
Chardonnay 2005 Reserve.  Exceptional harvest produced this vintage with rich fruit and assertive finish.  Aged in cool cellars in French Nevers puncheons. Late Harvest Riesling 2005.  Produced in the style of the Rhine Valley with a natural grape residual sugar of 5.2%.  Distinct citrus and apricot aromas.  Pair with Oriental foods, seafood salads, or a creamy dessert.
Dry Riesling 2005.  Fruity and "off-dry" with a crisp finish.  Typical of a Rhine Valley dry (trocken) wine.  Ideal choice as an aperitif, luncheon salad, or light entree.  Cabernet Sauvignon 2002.  Excellent balance with soft and accessible tannins.  This is not a heavy tannic red.  Aged in American oak 12-months for distinctive herbaceousness. Unfiltered.
Merlot 2004 Reserve.  Produced from the vintage of the decade.  Rich fruit & deep ruby color.  Light oak finish.  Balanced and accessible on the palate.  More bottle age will fulfill its destiny. Pinot Noir 2001 Reserve.  Produced in our high blocks of the NE Vineyard, planted exclusively in the Pommard cone.  Rich "brick-red" color with aromas of raspberry and violets.  True finesse.  Enjoy now or cellar for future enjoyment.
Rosé of Cabernet.  Noble bouquet.  Aromas of ripe berries.  Distinct spiciness.  Off-dry.  Pleasant as an aperitif or paired with well- seasoned foods.
